The studio is fully equipped for living, with a basic utility rate. Most of the appliances are new. Rental prices are as follows: - June: €500/month + utilities - July and August: €600/month + utilities - September: €300/month + utilities - From October to May 2026: €150/month + utilities For short stays (less than 15 days): €25/day + cleaning at the end of the stay. For a yearly lease: €200/month (+ utilities). To ensure mutual guarantees, we will sign a two-party contract (with many years of experience).
