By accessing and using the AntiBroker platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
AntiBroker is an online platform that connects property owners with potential buyers and tenants directly, without intermediaries. Our Service includes:
• Property listing services for owners (free of charge)
• Subscription-based access to property listings for seekers
• Optional premium promotion services for property listings
• Communication tools to connect parties directly
3. User Registration and Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Property Listings
4.1 For Property Owners
When creating a listing, you represent and warrant that:
• You are the legal owner of the property or are authorized to list it
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• Photos and descriptions represent the actual property
• The property is legally available for sale or rent
4.2 For Property Seekers
Property seekers understand that AntiBroker does not own or manage any listed properties. We act solely as a platform connecting parties. All transactions are conducted directly between the property owner and seeker.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
Access to property contact information requires a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:
• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at time of purchase
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Access is granted for the duration specified in your plan
6. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of data
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent access restrictions
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Posting spam or unsolicited advertisements
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
7. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. However, by posting content, you grant AntiBroker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
The AntiBroker name, logo, and all related names, logos, and designs are trademarks of AntiBroker and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Information on the platform is accurate or complete
• Any property transactions will be successful
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTIBROKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AntiBroker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
